Campaign Story

The women entrepreneurship seminar is a seminar that
will look to educate women on the power they have as individuals in society in creating
business opportunities for themselves and allowing them to make ends meet. The women in
rural communities can be taught rudimentary ways of handling money, starting a business,
ensuring that they have all their finances in order and basic bookkeeping. This we look to
implement in the hopes of sparking a sense of initiative amongst young women and enabling
them to take the next step in making a life for themselves. Taimako is committed to providing
an enabling environment where women are allowed to venture into entrepreneurial
opportunities to make a life for themselves. This in a rural setting will increase economic
activities in the community and serve as a source of employment for young budding women.
